Disciplinary Format for Reporting

Player/Coach Match Penalty:

  • Team Coach or Team Representative (from player/coach receiving penalty): Email the game sheet with details of penalty to the MeAHA League Representative, your own Association President and or Association League Representative and State Disciplinary Chairperson.
  • Referee: Email Game Sheet to State Referee in Chief and State Disciplinary Chairperson with detail report of incident from each referee that was involved in the game


Parent/Spectator Zone Tolerance:

  • Association Representative: Email the State President and Vice Presidents along with State Disciplinary Chairperson with name of person, association that the person belongs to, and details of incident with date, time etc.


Referee Zero Tolerance:

  • Team Coach or Team Representative: Email the game sheet with details of incident to the MeAHA League Representative, your Association President and or Association League Representative, State Referee in Chief and State Disciplinary Chairperson. 

State Representatives


All incidents heard by the Disciplinary are considered private and results may not be available to the public. 


MeAHA Appeal Process

The appeal must be submitted in writing and sent by electronic mail with request for verification of receipt, with a copy of a check of fifty dollars ($50.00) (non-refundable fee) within ten (10) days from the date of the Committee's written decision. The appeal must be submitted to the President of the MEAHA (president@meaha.com), who shall set the time, date, and place for the appeal no later than the next regularly scheduled business meeting of the MEAHA, or at a time, date, and place as the interests of justice may require.
